1. General Disclaimer

This website (the "Website") and its affiliated pages is intended solely for informational purposes and serves as a platform to list wrestling events organized by third parties, including but not limited to venues, promoters, sponsors, and members of the wrestling community (the "Event Organizers"). The Website and its administrators (collectively, the "Administrator") do not officially endorse any of the events listed on the website. 
 

2. No Endorsement or Verification
The Administrator does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, safety, or legality of any event, venue, or participant. Users of the Website (the "Users") acknowledge that all event details, including but not limited to dates, locations, participant qualifications, and safety measures, are the sole responsibility of the respective event venues.
 

3. Assumption of Risk
Wrestling and related activities inherently involve physical risks. By attending, participating in, or otherwise engaging with any event listed on the Website, Users acknowledge and accept the risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other losses. Users voluntarily assume all risks and agree that the Administrator bears no responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained before, during, or after any event.

Users further acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate level of physical fitness, training, and experience to participate in wrestling events. Users confirm that they have adequate insurance coverage, whether personal or through a third party, for any potential injuries or liabilities that may arise from their participation.
 

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Ontario, Canada, the Administrator disclaims any and all liability for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from:

  • Participation in or attendance at any event listed on the Website;

  • The actions, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of Event Organizers, venues, participants, or third parties;

  • The adequacy or validity of insurance coverage for any event or venue;

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in event information posted on the Website.

Under no circumstances shall the Administrator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or participation in any event listed herein.
 

5. Responsibility of Event Sponsors and Venues
Event Sponsors and venues are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the necessary permits and approvals to host events;

  • Implementing appropriate safety measures for participants and attendees;

  • Securing adequate insurance coverage for all activities carried out at the event.
    By listing an event on the Website, the event venues confirm that they have secured appropriate insurance coverage and assume full responsibility for any liabilities arising from the events hosted at their venues.
     

6. Age Restriction
All events listed on the Website are intended for adults aged 18 years and older. Minors are not permitted to participate in or attend events unless explicitly stated by the Event Organizer and with parental or legal guardian consent. The Administrator is not responsible for enforcing age restrictions but encourages Event Organizers to ensure compliance with this requirement.
 

7. Indemnification
Users, Event Organizers, and any other third parties engaging with the Website agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Administrator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from or related to their use of the Website or participation in any listed event.

The Administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. The Administrator further reserves the right to remove any event listing that appears fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise non-compliant with this Liability Statement or applicable laws.

This Liability Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
